  1. My favourite restaurant is "El Águila" (The Eagle).
    El Águila is a little restaurant in Vicálvaro, Madrid. They have a traditional Spanish cuisine. Their speciality is roast lamb (in the oven). The head cook is called Clemente and he has a special secret ingredient to make lamb.
    The restaurant has two floors, the first is for a bar, always empty, and the other is a restaurant for 80 persons appreoximately.
    They are now good friends and they have always a table for a friend.

  2. My favourite restaurant is my future restaurant. It will call "Meson del Melon" and it will be situated in the north of Madrid in a samll town called Bustarviejo. In this restaurant the most important thing will be the pruducts (all products) and the temporary of this products. The speciality depended of the season will be the rize, the vegetables, the spanish wine etc.
    Other important thing in my restaurant will be the staff (is very important in the restaurant), all the staff, not only the chef or the Head Waiter, will be very happy with the conditions of the work.

  3. My favourite restaurant is "El Raitán Roxu" a famous restaurant in Oviedo the capital of Asturias, in the north of Spain. This restaurant is like a "chigre" (a typical asturian tavern where people drink sidra) but more sophisticated. In "El Raitán Roxu" a good and typical asturian food is served and the staff is dressed with the ancient regional costume of Asturias. All these things make eating in this restaurant a very good experience... And as an anecdote Woody Allen ate at El Raitán when he visited Oviedo and other celebrities too.

  4. Tony Roma’s is my favourite restaurant. I like it very much. If I go there, I’ll eat barbecue chicken, because it is delicious. When I go to this restaurant I always eat the same, because I really love it. In Tony Roma’s you find American food, for example: hamburger, ribs, sandwich, chicken barbecue, salad.... but for me, in Tony Roma’s the best is a dessert, it’s my favourite dessert, “hot cookie with ice cream” it’s delicious. In this restaurant you find typical American decoration. Tony Roma’s is for all people, it’s a cheap restaurant. Tony Roma’s I think is located around the world, in Madrid located in Diversia (Alcobendas), in “La Vaguada”, in the center of Madrid there are a lot, but I don’t know where they are exactly located. I really love it, because the food for me is the best, but I don’t go to many restaurants.

  6. my favourite restauran is " la cabra en el tejado". it isn´t very big, but the food is very good. the munu includes a lot of crêpes (sweets and salty), salads, food for vegetarians, toasts and of course sweet desserts.
    When i was there i had a crêpe with tomatoes and mozarella cheese and to drink, i had a mango juice.
    " la cabra en el tejado", located at 29 Santa Ana street ( Madrid)is open for breakfast, lunch or dinner, until two o´clock in the morning.

  7. My favorite restaurant is " Pinchos a montones" because it is a very familiar, economic enough restaurant and the truth is that there is a lot of variety of food and delicious too!!
    You prop they entertain the food with live music, the truth is that you eat good and amuse yourself simultaneously.

  8. My favourite restaurant is "La Paloma" .It is a Lovely restaurant to go in pairs or with family. It's food is good. Mariano Ávila is the head waiter and Segundo Alonso does the cooking, and his menu includes a lot of French and Basque dishes, like pidgeon stuffed with foie and Shitake mushrooms that I think it is the most delicious dish I've ever tasted. And they cook also others like seabass with tomato sauce, trotters of pork, shrimp rolls with a soy butter sauce....etc The best dessert is the thin apple pie. The restaurant located at 39 Jorge Juan street in Madrid, is open for lunch and for dinner ( Sunday is closed) You have to make a reservation before you go!!!!If you would like to have more information above the manu card you can visit: rtelapaloma.com!!!

  9. My favourite restaurant is THE EVEREST.
    The local looks as a typical American restaurant. The chef, who is Danish, brings to all of us a long list of dishes. His specialities are the ice-creams but if you want to have lunch in his restaurant, you can enjoy a delicious starter and a better main course. When you have finished, the chef gives you a special pastry: apple pie with lemon sauce and custard cream. The peach liqueur is a perfect end to a good lunch. The Everest is open from Tuesday to Sunday and is located at 6, Quevedo Street.

  10. My favourite restaurant is "La Cava Aragonesa". "La Cava Aragonesa" isn´t very large. It is a small restaurant near the sea. The menu includes a lot of fish dishes and Spanish traditional food. When I was there, I had a salted seabass. It tasted nice because "La Cava Aragonesa" does the best fish dishes in Alicante. To drink, I had a white wine. I thought it was a delicious mixture. Then, for dessert, I had a delicious cheese cake. It was too sweet but it kept the cheese taste. Finally, I had a capuccino and I had a perfect lunch near the sea with my family. The owner is a friend of the family and he gave us a free champagne bottle. It´s a good place to relax and have a good meal. "La Cava Aragonesa", located in Alicante, is open every day Monday through Sunday for lunch and dinner. It gets very busy but I recommend it if you make a reservation because you are going to enjoy your visit.

  11. TANTA
    Tanta is very large and the food is good. Gaston does the cooking but he lives in Peru but he always travels to the other restaurants that he has. All food is Peruvian but there are many exceptions. When I was there, I had ceviche or Airpor (typical food from Peru). I don´t know how they prepared it. For dessert, I didn´t have anything but it depends on the day. I had a cocktail that is pisco sour. Tanta, located at 22, Plaza Peru, is open every day of the week and you don´t have to make a reservation. Tanta is a restaurant where you can taste one of the best food in the world so I recommend you to go to the restaurant.

  12. ON PEOPLE´S
    Alvaro´s cocktails is a very large place and the drinks are good. Alvaro does the shaking and his cocktail list includes a lot of fresh cocktails. When I was there, I had Calypso. This tasty mixture contains ouzo, parfait armour, yoghurt, lime juice, grenadine and soda. I thought it was delicious.
    Alvaro has different kinds of cocktails and my favourite non-alcoholic one is San Francisco, a perfect choice for people that don´t drink.
    Alvaro´s cocktails, located at 3, Rio Street, is open in the evening until midnight (Thursday, Friday and Saturday).

  13. ADRIAN´S RESTAURANT
    Adrian´s restaurant is a very large place. The food is excellent. The type of restaurant is Italian. The speciality is pasta. Adrian is the chef in the restaurant and the owner too. People know him for his cooking. The most popular dessert in the restaurant is couland chocolate cake, filled with hot chocolate. Adrian´s kitchen is located at 21, Sunny Street. It is open for lunch and for dinner every day from 12.00 a.m to 10.00 p.m. I recommend people to come to my restaurant.

    Gino´s is a very good place. The food is delicious and the menu is assorted. I love a home dish which is pork chops with fried chips. There are the best pastries, like the triffle but I don´t like the coffee. You can find it in "La Vaguada", "La Gavia" and "Plaza Norte". I recommend you to go.

  15. THE KNIFE
    The knife is very big but the food is fine. It is an Argentinian carvery. When I was there, my favourite dish was tenderloin. Other specialities are grilled meat and chimichurri sauce. For dessert, I recommend "dulce de leche" ice-cream.
    The knife, located at 41, Rye Street, is open every day. The restaurant gets very busy so be sure to make a reservation before you go.
    I recommend it because you can eat whatever you want for little money.

  16. FOOD COCKTAIL
    Food cocktail is big. The food is excellent. Sergio is the head waiter and his menu is Mediterranean, precisely a tapas bar, together with a cocktail list. The speciality is cocktail "Nunez": 1/4 vodka, 1/4 rum, 1/4 gin and 1/4 tequila.
    Food cocktail, located at 154, Alcala Street, is open for dinner every evening from 11.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m, Monday through Sunday. The restaurant is elegant. I recommend my friends to come to my restaurant.

  17. VIPS
    Normally, this restaurant is large. The food is excellent because its dishes are big and delicious. You can choose the starters and main courses. It has a big variety of dishes from salads and pizza to sandwiches and hamburgers. There are milkshakes too and coffees to choose as dessert.
    I recommend people to go to VIPS restaurant, located in "La Vaguada", Monforte de Lemos Street. It is open from 8.00 a.m. to midnight.

  18. My favourite restaurant is "Taberna Villalustre". "Taberna Villalustre" isn´t very large but the food is very good. Javier Villalustre is the boss. He works with the grill and he cooks the meat or tuna. We are three waiters and more bosses and there is one more at the weekends. The waiters are my two cousins and me. The restaurant gets very busy so be sure to make a reservation before you go. The restaurant opens at 1.00 p.m for lunch and at 8.30 p.m. for dinner. The menu consists of starter, main course and dessert apart from the grill.
    The restaurant, located in Sanxenxo (Pontevedra), only opens from Easter to summer.

  19. My favourite restaurant is "Soto del Real". This restaurant isn´t very large but the food is good. Brenda is the owner. The menu is à la carte. The starters are varied: salad, vichyssoise...) The main courses are delicious (sirloin steak with broccoli and apple sauce, veal cutlets...). My favourite dessert is strawberry ice-cream. There are also different coffees like espresso, coffee with milk...
    I recommend to go to "Soto del Real" restaurant, located at 12, Prado Street.

  20. My favourite restaurant is SEAFOOD RESTAURANT. Seafood restaurant is very big. The food is good. It is a Galician restaurant. When I went there, I ordered seafood (e.g. I had scampi, prawns...) It was delicious.
    Seafood restaurant, located at 128, Canillas Street, is open for dinner every evening, until 12.00, Tuesday through Sunday. The restaurant gets very busy, so be sure to make a reservation before you go.

  21. EAT AND SHUT UP
    Nicolas´s kitchen is very big and the food is fantastic. On his menu, he includes four types of food: Italian, Spanish, Japanese and Peruvian. My restaurant is located at 45, Gran Via Street, in the city centre.
    My clients love my food and I recommend it to other customers as well as the restaurant and the staff. The desserts in this restaurant are very good for their different forms and colours.
    We have service of coffee and cocktails too.
    This restaurant is open for dinner until midnight.

  22. I like one restaurant better, that is in Tres Cantos, my village, near Madrid.
    The name of the restaurant is VERDI. There is Portuguese food in the restaurant. The most popular dish and the most typical dish in Verdi is golden cod. I like pizzas and my favourite speciality is four cheese.
    When I go there with my girlfriend, I always say: "One four cheese for me" and my girlfriend says before: "I want golden cod, please!". She likes fish better.
    I like to have dinner with my girlfriend.

    Gino´s is a chain of restaurants the same as the VIPS family. They have a lot of restaurants in Madrid and there is one near my house. Its cooking is Italian and my favourite dish that they have is pepperonni pizza and spaghetti bolognese. When I go there, I always take it. I go when my family have a special day, for example, my birthday. I invite my aunt, cousins, mother and brother. It is not very expensive and the dishes are very good.

    Paquita´s kitchen is very large because it has two floors. "La Frasca", located in Hortaleza, is near the place where I work. The specialities of "La Frasca" are the tapas and the titbits.
    Every weekend I have dinner in "La Frasca" because it is near my job. "La Frasca" is very cheap. It is situated in 132, Canillas Street.

    This restaurant is famous because the menu is cheap and the food is delicious. The restaurant is located in San Fernando. The food in the restaurant is traditional from Asturias and the speciality is the "cachopo". The "cachopo" is a steak with cheese and ham. The weight is 1 kg.

    Balzac is very large and the food is good.
    The menu includes Spanish food, Mediterranean food and a very good wine list. My favourite starters are fried eggs with black pudding and the scampi salad. Delicious main courses are Iberian tenderloin and the steak tartare with chips. For desserts, I had the apple pie with vanilla ice-cream and the chocolate fritters.
    The restaurant has a delicious coffee list with the best coffee I´ve ever tasted.
    Balzac, located at 7, Moreto Street, behind Prado Museum, is open Monday through Saturday. It is closed on Saturday evenings and Sundays.

    "Los 5 Pinos" restaurant is very big. The food is good. Miguel is the head cook. It is a formal restaurant. There are both à la carte and set menu. The speciality of the restaurant are grilled beef T-bone steak and assorted seafood for 2 people. When I visited the restaurant, I had a mixed salad and a T-bone steak. For dessert, I had asssorted cakes (e.g. black forest gateau, flaky pastry, cheesecake with cranberry jam...)To finish, I had a camomile.
    "Los 5 Pinos", located at Barcelona Road, is open from midday to midnight, Monday through Sunday. It is only closed on Saturdays for dinner. It is not necessary to make a reservation before you go.

    Viridiana restaurant isn´t very large but the food is good and expensive. The food is typical from Spain and there is also food from other cultures. The restaurant is very beautiful and is dedicated to Spanish films. It has two floors. The kitchen is very small but it has good equipment. The cooks have a very good formation and they are good professionals.
    My favourite starters are cod fritters with Iberian ham and almonds. My favourite main course is tenderloin with yuka, fritters, "zapallito" and sausages with mole.
    Viridiana restaurant is located in 14, Juan de Mena Street (Madrid). It is open from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for lunch and in the evening it opens from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m., Monday through Saturday. The restaurant gets very busy, so be sure to make a reservation before you go.

  29. TAGLIATELLA (Trattoria)
    Tagliatella is very large but the food is good and delicious. The menu includes Italian food. When I went there, I ordered macaroni with four cheeses. I thought it was delicious. For dessert, I ordered cheesecake with raspberry. It was too sweet for me, but you might like it if you have a taste for sweets. It includes different kinds of coffee and my favourite coffee is coffee with condensed milk.
    Tagliatella, located at Manoteras Avenue, is open every day from midday to midnight. You should make a reservation before you go.

  30. Tavern and meals wine fifth.
    The tavern is located in Hernani street in Madrid.
    Small tavern where you can taste wines from many Spanish appellations.
    The wines can be tasted at the bar and can be accompanied with excellent tapas.
    These caps can be a tasty tripe Madrid, ham, Galician octopus and of course, excellent croquettes.
    It has a small restaurant where you can reserve on weekdays and Saturdays in advance.
    In my opinion in a very cozy and highlights the treatment offered by waiters and especially the manager, who can inform about the wines.
    I recommend this site to all those who love the traditional staff and excellent food.

  31. My favorite restaurant is "Rias Baixas".
    It's located in Colmenar Viejo. In the restaurant serve the rich traditional breakfast: coffee, juices, teas, spanish omelette, toast.....
    A snack time with every drink you get a lid which can almost eat, for example: paella, fried eggs, meat skewers....
    You get to eat the best seafood brought from "Rias Baixas" (Galicia). It's a delicious seafood and perfect fish.
    The portions are generous, the people are very friendly and perfect service.
    I recommend to eat at this restaurant.

    I find it a bit difficult to choose the best restaurant I know, but I will choose one that is in the pretty little town of Guisando located in the Sierra de Gredos in Avila, Spain. It is called "El Rincon de Gredos". In this restaurant you will find the spectacular fried or roasted red meats such as steaks, chops, tenderloins, ribs, etc. Normally with garnishes like home fries, fried peppers, grilled vegetables etc.
    I love the spectacular terrace of the restaurant where you can enjoy incredible views of the pine forests of the mountains while you enjoy the food. I really recommend it.

  33. I like the restaurant “The Island “.
    It is situated in Rascafria. It is located in the mountain.
    It is a traditional restaurant.
    The views in winter are beautiful because it is covered with snow.
    Winter is very difficult to get if you have some good tracks.
    The restaurant is near some pools that are fine for spending summer evenings.
    The staff is very nice.
    The restaurant is not very expensive.
    For family reunion is very well.
    For me Rascafria is very special to me because I met my boyfriend there.

  35. My favorite restaurant in Madrid is VIPS, as it offers a wide range of cuisine.
    People can go to VIPS at any time of the day, as the letter menu contains breakfast, appetizers, salads, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, desserts, snacks and various drinks.
    In addition, the restaurant offers guests all year promotions, such as offering 2x1. And the treatment from the waiters are very good.
    I recommend it!

  36. My favourite Restaurant is "TANTA". It is located in 1, plaza de Perú.
    The food is Peruvian.The restaurant is big and beautiful. The food is delicious, for example, the ceviche, rice with chicken,and "aji de gallina". Also, I liked the pisco sour , a typical Peruvian cocktail.This is my recommendation for people interested in Peruvian food.

  37. The restaurant that i will describe is In Zalacaín, my work.
    The restaurants has 4 floors.
    The first floor is the bar, where cocktails are made in Winter.
    The ground zero is at Street level, the entrance from the Street, at the bottom of stairs there is a big living where they make all celebrations.
    Opposite the door, there are large Windows and see the terrace, where cocktails and differents events are made in summer.
    Opposite the Windows, there is a door to enter the kitchen.
    In the downstairs there a conference room, bathroom and exit the parking.
    And finally, in the downstairs there are also changing rooms.
